This Privacy Policy is a part of the Nostalgic Rules. We collect only the personal data we need to run the game and this website.
E-mail address
We save your e-mail address when you create an account or change it. We use it only to help you recover your account, to answer your requests and to tell you about important activity on your account, for example a password change. We never share it with anyone and never send you advertising.
IP address and client
When you log in to the game or to the website we save your IP address with the time. The Nostalgic client also sends a random installation number and a short technical identifier of the computer (not your name or files). We use this only to protect accounts and to stop bots and multi-clienting. It is never shown publicly and is shared only with our hosting and protection providers. Game login records are deleted after 180 days.
Characters
As on every Tibia server, character information (name, level, vocation, guild, house, deaths and kills, online status) is public in the game and on this website.
Payments
Premium payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. We never see your card or bank details. For an order we keep the account number, the package, the amount, the time and the e-mail address, only to meet our tax and accounting duties. These records are kept for 5 years.
Your rights
We disclose data only when a public authority lawfully requests it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data: write to support.nostalgic75@gmail.com from the e-mail address of your account and give your account number. We answer within 14 days. Deleting an account cannot be undone.
Cookies
The website uses only one necessary cookie, which keeps you logged in. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
